Using this website

This website is run by Silvertree Homes LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Homes, lots, prices and photos

We work to keep the homes, lots, prices and availability on this site current, but they can change without notice and are not an offer or a contract. Square footage, features and finishes are approximate and may vary. Some photos show similar homes or have been enhanced; where a listing says so, we say so. Any purchase is governed only by the signed agreement between you and us.

Text messages

Program: Silvertree Homes customer messages. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we will text you about your inquiry, showings and appointments, and updates on your home.

Frequency: Message frequency varies with your inquiry or project.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

To stop: Reply STOP to any message and we will confirm and stop texting you. For help: Reply HELP, call (920) 939-5960 or email info@silvertreehome.com.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your mobile number and consent is described in our Privacy Policy.
