Brandon and Nicole
Silvertree Homes has built more than 100 homes in the Fox Valley. We build speculative and custom homes across the Fox Valley and the Green Bay area, including Kaukauna, Sherwood, Harrison, Appleton, Menasha and De Pere.
Brandon and Nicole work hard to keep the process worry-free, and they work closely with clients to customize each home. Both are licensed real estate agents, so they can also help you buy one of our homes or sell the one you are in.
Silvertree provides the highest quality experience and materials and knows that true living is sharing your home with the people that matter most.

Talk it through
Tell us where you want to live, how you live and what you want to spend. We will tell you plainly which path fits.
Plan and price
We settle the plan, the lot and the finishes, and you get a clear price before anything is built.
Build
Brandon is on site and Nicole keeps you up to date, so you always know what is happening and what is next.
Move in
We walk the finished home with you, hand over the keys and stay in touch after you are settled.

I can’t recommend Silvertree Homes enough. We have built previously with a different, very well-known builder and Silvertree Homes went above and beyond what we had experienced before. We are so grateful to have been able to build with them. They were patient with us, provided helpful recommendations, and were updating us constantly on progress. We have a silvertree home. We purchased the home as a spec. It was anything but that. The builders and designers attention to detail is incredible. Nicole’s communication along the way made the process easy and actually enjoyable and Brandon was onsite daily (at all times of the day) ensuring everything was taken care of.
