How Silvertree Homes handles the information you share with us.
Last updated October 8, 2026
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this website, call us, text us or use the chat, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address and anything you write in your message.
Like most websites, ours also records basic technical details about visits, such as the pages viewed and the type of device and browser used.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, schedule showings and meetings, send you information you asked for about our homes, lots and building process, and keep a record of our conversations with you.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we will text you about your inquiry, appointments and your home. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host and our phone, email and messaging provider, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to work with you and to keep our business records, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you, by calling or emailing us. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Children
This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
