What is the typical timeline for building a custom home from initial design to move-in?
Building a custom home usually takes about 8 to 12 months from the first design meeting to move-in, depending on factors like the size of the home, level of customization, weather, and the speed of decision-making. The process starts with planning and design, which can take several weeks or months. After that, permits and approvals are next, and once construction begins, it’s usually around 6 to 9 months until the home is ready. Delays can happen because of things like changes to the design, material availability, or weather, but clear communication throughout the build helps keep things on track.
Can you help me choose finishes and design features for my home so it fits my family’s lifestyle?
Choosing finishes and design features can feel overwhelming, but there’s help every step of the way. You get to be involved in picking things like flooring, cabinets, paint colors, and fixtures to make sure your home feels right for your family. Advice and guidance are offered throughout the process, so your decisions match both your style and how you live day to day.
Do you offer any warranties or follow-up support after the home is completed?
We stand by the quality of every home we build and provide a warranty to give you peace of mind after you move in. If you ever have questions or concerns about your new home, you can always reach out to our team for support.

We can definitely help you sell your current home while building your new one. Both Brandon and Nicole are licensed real estate agents, so we’ll walk you through the selling process, handle the listing, and help coordinate timing so your move feels as smooth as possible.
